Three New Tank Configurations Of Condensate Commander Pump Spence Engineering Company has recently added three new tank configuration to our family of condensate recovery products. Condensate receiver tanks are available in these standard sizes: 25, 65, 80, & 150 gallon. Other sizes available on request. Descriptions of our new tank configurations, which are available for immediate delivery, are listed below. Condensate Recovery Systems
"Little Boy" Mini Tank Vertical cast steel 150 pound tank, height of 19¼", check valve sizes of 1 and 1½ inches, capacities exceeding 6,000 pounds of condensate per hour.
"Classic" Condensate Tank Standard vertical cast steel 200 pound ASME tank, height 32 ¾", check valve in sizes of 1 to 3 inches, capacities exceeding 15,000 pounds of condensate per hour.
Horizontal/High Pressure For low profile or high pressure applications, horizontal cast steel 250 pounds ASME tank, height of 24¼", check valve sizes of 1 to 3 inches, capacities up to18,000 pounds of condensate per hour. |
For large condensate removal applications, horizontal cast steel 125 pounds ASME tank, height of 50", 4" check valves, with capacities up to 48,000 pounds of condensate per hour. Skid Mounted Systems These basic core pump components can be used independently or as part of a packaged skid-mounted condensate recovery system. A typical system is made up of pump units, a condensate receiver tank, gate valves, drain valves, Y-strainers, blowdown valves, condensate piping. All of these items are arranged and mounted on a moveable skid. Standard designs are available for these systems however; custom requests and unique requirements can be met.
Skid Mounted System Simplex Single pump arranged on a skid with above components. The pump can be of any of our four varieties.
Duplex Two pumps arranged on a skid with above components. The pumps can be of any of our four varieties. Other multiple pump configurations are available, please contact factory.
