- Spence is 1/2 a mile on the right.

From Interstate 84 Westbound: - Take exit 6 for Rte 17K towards Montgomery
- Follow 17K west for approximately 2 miles
- Turn right onto Coldenham Road, continue for approximately 2.5 miles
- Spence will be on the left.
