Spence Announces New Line of Strainers

Spence Engineering Company, Walden, NY is pleased to offer a broad new line of Strainers to 
suit most applications. Our popular Y Strainers line in cast iron, bronze, steel and stainless steel 
with threaded or flanged connections has been expanded to include sizes from 3/8" to 16" for 
pressures up to 3600 psig and temperatures to 800°F. In addition, we now offer a complete line 
of Basket Strainers in cast iron, bronze, steel and stainless steel with threaded or flanged 
connections in sizes 1/2" to 20" for pressures up to 720 psig and temperatures to 800°F.

Also new to the Spence Strainers line is the flanged Duplex Strainer of cast iron, steel or stainless 
steel with flanged connections which can be custom engineered to suit your needs. Duplex Strainers 
can be ordered in sizes from 2" to 24" for pressures up to 200 psig and temperatures to 300°F.  
Additionally, Spence offers Conical and Basket Temporary Strainers in steel and stainless steel 
with flat face, raised face or RTJ with or without face serrations in sizes 3/4" to 24" for pressures 
up to 3600 psig and temperatures to 800°F.
