Spence Announces New Plug on Series 2000 Temperature Regulators

    Spence Engineering Co., Inc. Walden, New York, announces a new one piece, hardened stainless steel plug and shaft on their self actuated Series 2000 Temperature Regulators that virtually eliminates plug erosion. Series 2000 Temperature Regulators are single or double seated, reverse or direct acting, two or three way bronze valves that feature galvanized iron union ends, spring loaded Teflon® chevron type packing and a copper bulb with armored capillary. The Series 2000 Regulators are available in sizes 1/2" to 2" for temperatures to 450°F and are ideal for heating and cooling applications such as steam tables, fuel oil and water heaters, engine jacket coolers and other liquid coolers.
