Pneumatic Control Valve:

Available in 316 stainless steel and carbon steel 1/2-2 inch threaded or flanged; cast iron and bronze 1/2-2 inch threaded; and cast iron, bronze and steel  2 1/2-4 inch flanged. Various port sizes providing high CV's, powerful field reversible actuators are available with positioners, controllers, amplifiers, relays and other accessories.

Condensate Pumps
Condensate Commander:

Non-electric liquid pump powered by steam or compressed gas. Offers ASME code stamped tank and all stainless steel snap action mechanism. Head will retrofit many manufacturers' units. Use in hazardous or remote locations, vacuum and low pressure systems, high back pressure systems, sumps or submerged areas. Available in NPT 1 x 1 to 4 x 4 for pressures to 200 psi and temperatures to 400 deg. F with capacities exceeding 17,500 lbs/hr.

Desuperheaters
Mechanical Atomizing or Steam Atomizing:

Designed to accurately reduce and control the temperature of superheated steam by a controlled injected spray of cooling water. Two sizes are available in direct operated and four sizes are available in air operated design.

Type FTS
Float & Thermostatic Steam Trap

Conventional design trap with universal four port design on sizes to 1 1/4", all stainless steel internals and a welded stainless steel air vent. Repairable in line. Sizes 3/4" to 2" for pressures to 250 psi.

Type TDS 600

Thermodynamic Steam Trap:

Conventional design of all stainless steel construction. Compact, simple three piece design. Sizes 3/8" to 1" NPT for pressures to 600 psi.

Strainers:

"Y" Type Strainers for liquid, steam and gas service. Perforated stainless steel screens or wire mesh for fine straining. Bodys in cast iron, bronze or stainless steel. Sizes 1/4" to 3" threaded and 2" to 12" flanged with ratings from 125 to 600 psi.

Muffling Orifice Plates:

A Spence Muffling Orifice will reduce high flow valve noise by 6 to 10 dBA. Installed in the expanded downstream piping, the Muffling Orifice reduces the generation of noise at its source.

Noise Suppressors:

A Spence Noise Suppressor will reduce pipeline carried noise by 10 to 20 dBA. Installed at the valve outlet, the Suppressor absorbs noise and limits its transmission through the piping system.
